About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility.

  Monitor and promptly report any changes in client health, mood, or behavior.

  Follow individualized care plans to ensure each client’s needs are met.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.

  Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to clients and their families.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Must have Home Health Aide (HHA) training or experience — formal certification preferred but not required.

  
  


• 
  

  Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and professionalism.

  
  


• 
  

  Prior home care or healthcare experience preferred, but not required.

  
  


• Must consent to and pass a background check.

Pay & Scheduling

  Competitive Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
