Job Title: Home Health Aide / HHA

Salary: $17.00 Per Hour *Quarterly Bonus up to $2000 per year*

On Time Talent Solutions is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) for locations in the Los Angeles area!  Candidates should have recent Home Health Aide experience.

Home Health Aide / HHA Qualifications:

• At least two years of recent experience as a Home Health Aide


• Must be least 18 years of age


• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to travel within our service area


• Usable smartphone and/or tablet for online documentation


• Must pass a multiple-choice Nursing Assistant essential knowledge quiz


• Valid documentation to legally work in the U.S.

Home Health Aide / HHA Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one personal care and companionship inside the client’s home including homemaking activities, assistance with activities of daily living, and more


• Assist with and ensure clients’ needs are met through daily personal cares such as transfers, therapeutic exercises, and household services


• Build strong rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients across visits
