Responsibilities






The Home Health Aide is responsible for providing patients with in-home personal care and designated health-related services to maintain the patient's physical and emotional well-being, while following thewritten plan of care, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and agency policies and procedures.








Qualifications






Education
  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
Work Experience
  • No experience required Required
Licenses and Certifications
  • CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Upon Hire Required
  • DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation Upon Hire Required
  • CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Upon Hire Required
