Responsibilities for Home Health Manager.

• Direct the coordination of client care and caregiver task
• Monitor and follow up the clock in and clock out of caregivers in system
• Find coverage for call ins. If unable to find coverage, you are to cover the shift.
• Update case management notes, documenting change of aid, change of service, telephone complaints.
• Assist in training caregivers in client homes
• Assist in home visits/telephone follow up with clients
• Communicate with clients/families on home health related issues and report information to Administrator
• Performance of other duties as required
• Monitor clients and chart medical records accurately
• Report the condition of a client back to Clinical Manager and doctors
• Assist in Supervising nursing assistants
• Ensure that supplies, medications, and equipment are restocked and maintained so that they are ready to use
• Admit, discharge, and transfer clients
