We are hiring multiple full-time Home Health Nurses (RNs) to provide in-home patient care in Butler, Armstrong, Beaver, Westmoreland, Allegheny, and Washington counties. Enjoy flexibility, competitive pay, and a rewarding role in your community.

What You Need to Know:

• Full-time | Monday – Friday
• Flexible schedules, no long shifts, and minimal weekend shifts per year
• Comprehensive 6-week RN onboarding program
• Travel position (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Full benefits (Health, Dental, and Vision)
• $15K bonus, paid out quarterly
• This is a Pay Per Visit position

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality in-home health care.
• Develop and manage personalized care plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation.

• Associate degree in Nursing or higher.
• 1+ year of RN experience.
• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania (PA).
• Current AHA BLS and/or AHA ACLS certification.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
