The home health team is seeking a full time compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join
the home health team in Casper, WY. As a PRN RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to seniors
in their homes, allowing them to receive the care they need in the comfort of their own surroundings.

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to seniors in their homes, assessing their physical, emotional, and
social needs

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and
interdisciplinary team members

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, and monitor
patient responses

Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care, and wellness strategies

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
of services

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, assessments, and care plans

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of Wyoming

Minimum of 0 years of experience in home care or a related setting (new graduates welcome to
apply!)

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
