Home Improvement Acct Rep and Estimator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Account Representative and Estimator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
  
• Identify new sales opportunities
  
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments
  
• Provide accurate estimates for construction projects
  
• Prepare proposals and close deals
  
• Manage customer relationships
  
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  
• Stay up -to -date on industry trends and technologies
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or Verifiable InField Experience
  
• 3+ years of experience as a Construction Account Representative or Estimator
  
• Strong understanding of construction principles, estimating practices, and sales techniques
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  
• Proficient with Google, Microsoft, and estimating softwares
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
