Fix It All is hiring a Home Improvement Advisor.
Mandan, ND • Serving Bismarck & Mandan

We need someone who can walk a project with a client, ask the right questions, and turn “here’s what I’m thinking” into a clear scope and estimate our crew can work from.

You’ll visit job sites, take measurements and photos, price repairs and remodels, explain proposals, and follow up. When a project is approved, you’ll help get the details into the hands of the people doing the work.

You’ll fit here if you:
• Understand construction, repairs, and remodeling
• Can explain options and costs in plain language
• Stay organized and follow through without being chased
• Know when to ask for help instead of guessing
• Care whether the job works for the client AND the crew

We use JobTread to keep everything together. Estimating or sales experience is helpful. Solid field experience and good people skills matter, too.
