What You'll Be Doing

This role is all about relationships and follow-through. We need someone who can turn one-time customers into loyal, long-term members and keep our membership program running smoothly.

• Grow the Program: Reach out to customers and get them excited about your program, explain the value of our membership plans, enroll new members, and hit monthly membership goals.
• Own the Relationship: Manage renewals, cancellations, and member questions with warmth and professionalism, making every member feel like a priority.
• Keep It Organized: Maintain accurate membership records, track scheduled maintenance visits, and coordinate with dispatch to keep members' service on schedule.
• Embrace the Culture: Commit to being Dependable, Positive, and Eager to Learn, Humble, Process Driven, and Dedicated—these aren't just words; they're how we operate every day.

You're a Great Fit If:

• You have 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a membership/retention role.
• You're an exceptional communicator who's comfortable on the phone and confident guiding a conversation toward a "yes."
• You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts at once.
• You're ready to jump into our systems (Service Titan experience is a plus!)
