Job Title: Homecare Caregiver - Sign-on Bonus

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Location: Serving clients in Minneapolis, Burnsville, Bloomington, Edina, Eagan, Savage, Saint Paul, Mendota Heights, West Saint Paul, Roseville, Apple Valley, and Richfield. Applicants must be willing to travel up to a 20-mile radius from their home.

Pay: $16 - $22 per hour

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in providing personal care to the elderly
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and dietary constraints for cooking
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful, compassionate, and professional attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to transport clients in your vehicle (valid driver's license and car insurance required)

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to seniors in their homes or community settings 
  • Tasks include assisting with toileting, showering, dressing, transfers, walking, cooking, light housekeeping, transportation to errands, doctor appointments, and social visits
  • Provide medication reminders, safety monitoring, supervision, and companionship
• Travel to clients' homes within a 20-mile radius of your home address
