What You’ll Do

• Present finance and insurance products to customers in a professional and consultative manner
• Structure and secure financing through a network of lenders
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations
• Maximize F&I performance while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and dealership staff
• Accurately complete all financing and vehicle documentation
• Support dealership goals through ethical and customer-focused selling practices

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive F&I experience required
• Proven track record of achieving production and profitability goals
• Strong understanding of lending, compliance, and dealership operations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
