Honda Inventory Control Manager

Pay Range: $60,000 - $68,000 annually, depending on experience

Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for a Inventory Control Manager to join our team in Norfolk, VA!

What our Inventory Control Managers Do

• Maximizes vehicle sales and profitability by tracking and managing the vehicle inventory


• Manages and control an acceptable daily supply of vehicle inventory


• Ensure all vehicles are stocked properly and that vehicles are tracked appropriately through the reconditioning process


• Ensures all new car vehicles have been pre-delivery inspected by the service department as well as fully detailed and showroom ready


• Monitors inventory and performance to identify trends through analysis of daily and monthly operating and inventory reports


• Maintains a smooth and timely workflow of all used vehicles through the reconditioning stage


• Performs quality checks to ensure vehicles meet our standards

Your Pre-Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Knowledge of dealership and automotive products


• 1-3 years of merchandise or inventory experience, preferably in automotive retail or related field


• Strong communication and process management skills


• Knowledge of Dealer software a plus


• Basic knowledge of automotive sales is a plus


• 
  

  Must have a valid driver's license with 3 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years

  
  
  
  
  • Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates
