Job Description - Honeymoon Travel Coordinator

Are you a natural planner? Do you enjoy celebrating life and love? We are looking for people to assist clients with their destination weddings! No experience is required. We will train you and you can earn money as you gain in-depth knowledge about the travel industry.

Requirements

Must be 18+ a U.S. or Mexican Citizen
Proficient with using a computer to research and book hotels, airline flights and coordinate destination weddings
Ideal candidate is detailed oriented, customer Focused and a self starter
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Able to build successful supplier relationships in a timely manner

Responsibilities

You will work with couples to select wedding destinations based on budget and location requirements
Book wedding facilities, reception location, formal dinner, etc
Research and advise clients on all required location logistics and wedding requirements
Communicate clients requirements to hotel's wedding coordinator as required
Research honeymoon destinations, excursions and activities
Book cruises and excursions as required
Assist clients with required travel requirements and documentation
Book all travel arrangements for all wedding guests
