Duties & Responsibilities

Provide hospice and palliative medicine consultations for inpatients.
Supervise and precept residents during clinical rounds.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient care.
Manage symptom control and advance care planning.
Document patient encounters in Epic EMR.
