Hospital Materials Specialist

Schedule: Monday- Friday 5am-1:30pm

Location: St. Louis Park, MN

Pay rate:  $32- $36 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Obtaining sterile product from the loading dock and unloading trucks

  
  


• 
  

  Scanning and organizing product.

  
  


• 
  

  Tracking and maintaining inventory and ordering when necessary supplies.

  
  


• 
  

  Assisting with maintaining the department's data base.   

  
  


• 
  

  Documenting in the Epic system.  

  
  


• Helping to maintain an organized and safe environment.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a healthcare environment and knowledge of medical supplies and equipment.


• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling.


• Demonstrated ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions.


• Basic computer skills


• Must be comfortable navigating a large hospital setting and being on your feet for extended periods of time.
