Hospitality & Property Services Assistant

Are you someone who enjoys creating welcoming experiences, preparing meals, and maintaining comfortable, inviting spaces? American Chestnut Management is seeking a Hospitality & Property Services Assistant to support the hospitality traditions and property services that have long been a valued part of the NPC experience.

In this role, you'll help prepare and serve meals for meetings, events, and guests while also assisting with the cleaning, upkeep, and readiness of offices, guest accommodations, and other company properties. Your work will play an important part in creating a positive experience for employees, customers, business partners, and visitors.

What You'll Do

• Prepare meals, refreshments, and baked goods for meetings, training sessions, events, and guest visits.


• Support food service activities, including setup, presentation, delivery, and cleanup.


• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas.


• Assist with preparing onsite guest accommodations.


• Clean and maintain offices, conference rooms, restrooms, common areas, guest accommodations, and other designated facilities.


• Support property turnover, event setup and cleanup, inventory organization, and facility readiness activities.


• Help maintain a welcoming, professional, and service-oriented environment for all guests and stakeholders.

Work Schedule Expectations

This is a casual position that will generally operate within normal business hours; however, flexibility is expected to support business needs, including early morning, evening, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Experience in hospitality, food preparation, catering, housekeeping, facility cleaning, or related fields preferred.


• ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification (company-paid).
