Hospitality Lead

We are looking for hospitality-focused individuals who enjoy connecting with people, serving others with excellence, and creating a welcoming environment for both guests and team members.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being present on our front counter and occasionally in our dining room, helping guests feel cared for, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and supporting the overall guest experience throughout the restaurant.

What You’ll Do

• Create a warm and welcoming environment for every guest
• Assist guests throughout their dining experience with genuine hospitality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, restrooms, patio and common areas
• Refresh tables and ensure the restaurant remains clean, safe, and inviting at all times
• Deliver refreshment of beverages, assist with guest needs, and anticipate opportunities to serve
• Support families, children, and guests requiring additional assistance
• Encourage a positive and uplifting atmosphere within the restaurant
• Work alongside the Front of House team to ensure operational excellence
• Represent Chick-fil-A standards through professionalism, care, and attention to detail
