Hospitality Runner

At Chick-fil-A Peachtree and Piedmont, our Hospitality Runners help us extend genuine hospitality beyond the restaurant doors. This role is primarily responsible for quickly and accurately delivering curbside orders to guests while creating a warm, welcoming experience with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Promptly run curbside orders from the restaurant to guests' vehicles

* Greet every guest warmly and confirm their name and order before completing delivery

* Ensure orders, beverages, sauces, and other items are delivered accurately

* Create positive and memorable guest interactions while outside

* Maintain a sense of urgency during peak lunch hours while never sacrificing hospitality

* Keep the curbside, patio, and surrounding outdoor areas clean and inviting

* Assist with clearing trays, refreshing beverages, and other guest needs when time permits

* Follow all safety procedures while working outside and wear required safety equipment
