Position Type:

• Full-Time
• Daytime or Closing Shifts
• Must have Friday and Saturday Availability (We are closed on Sundays)

Responsibilities of a Hospitality Team Member:

• Provide high-quality customer service and genuine hospitality to every guest
• Create a welcoming and positive guest experience through friendly communication and attentive service
• Serve guests in a fast-paced Front of House environment, including the front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and other guest-facing areas
• Take orders, process transactions, prepare and deliver orders, and assist guests with their needs
• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members while maintaining a positive attitude
• Work quickly and efficiently as part of a team while maintaining high standards for service, cleanliness, accuracy, and hospitality
• Follow quality control and food safety procedures

Upper management and leadership growth opportunities available including Trainer, Team Leader, Shift Leader, Manager and Director positions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Genuinely friendly and caring
• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
• Ability to do rigorous work, including standing for up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Premium pay for closing shifts

Education/Experience:

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required
• ServSafe is a plus but not required
