Host

A Host is a confident, energetic, and attentive individual accommodating and responsive to guests needs in providing the first impression for an exceptional guest experience.

Host also receive a shared tip out for each shift

Responsibilities:

• Greets and seats guests (especially 1st time guests protocols)
• Maintains a timely restaurant wait list
• Communicates features and promotions
• Delivers food to tables
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining room, and restrooms
• Assists in taking orders and togo guest payments when needed
• Performs daily opening and closing duties
• Communicates restaurant operational needs to managers
• Maintains a helpful, productive working relationship with the DMO
• Participates in and maintains positive relationships across FOH and BOH teams
• Participates in ongoing restaurant training and scheduled restaurant events

Qualifications:

• Is willing to lift and carry up to 20 lbs 
• Has physical stamina for minimum 6 hour shift
• Ability to handle multiple tasks 
• Ability to train individuals
• Learner/Coachable
