Host

We are seeking a friendly and professional Host to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate will be attentive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements

- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently

- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area

- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth flow of guests

- Handle guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and courtesy

- Provide information about the restaurant, menu, and specials as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude

- Basic knowledge of reservation systems and POS systems is a plus
