Host Gordon Ramsay

The Host is responsible for welcoming guests, seating them promptly, and ensuring a smooth and positive dining experience. This role provides menus, manages reservations, maintains clean and organized dining areas, and supports overall guest satisfaction. A strong commitment to customer service and professionalism is essential.

• Deliver excellent customer service with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

• Greet guests in a timely manner and provide menus.

• Assign guests to tables based on rotation and service needs.

• Ensure dining and serving areas are clean, organized, and properly set up.

• Receive and record guest reservations accurately.

• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. repetitively

• Frequent walking

• Ability to work in variable temperatures

• Ability to work in a smoking environment with moderate noise levels

• Strong verbal communication skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations

• Ability to meet the standards required by a regulated business

Hourly Rate: $16.25 per hour
