Job Description - Host Success Agent - Denver


Cohost.com provides homeowners with real estate and property management solutions to relieve homeowners of the time and stress it takes to buy, sell, and manage rental properties. Cohost welcome guests from all over the world to our properties listed on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and more. We are looking for a licensed real estate agent to be an intermediary between Hosts, Sellers, Guests and Buyers.






Cohost’s Center of Excellence provides support for guests so that our Host Success Agents can provide a client focused experience for homeowners. Host Success Agents are our frontline contacts for homeowners. They are knowledgeable in local real estate markets and provide eyes on the ground to ensure our quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.





Here is what you may need to deliver:






• Assess homes in your area and work with Cohost to onboard new properties



• Inspect condition of premises, and work with Cohost to arrange any maintenance needs



• Provide guidance for homeowners seeking to host short term rentals



• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices with short term rentals and listing services



• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult with clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing



• Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.



• Display and market real property to possible buyers



• Advise sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers.



• Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.



• Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals



• Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.



• Collaborate with Cohost or use Cohost software to perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value, as investment and short-term rental



• Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors



• Collaborate with Cohost to prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)



• Cooperate with government authorities for licensure, appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors



• Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles.



• Collaborate with Cohost to create and update MLS or Short-term Rental Listings, including digital guidebooks and IDX postings



• Promote sales through advertisements, social media, open houses and listing services



• Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.



• Solicit and compile listings of available rental properties.



• Contribute to Guest profiles by gathering Guest preferences and ensure they are communicated with Cohost, so that we are able to continuously improve on Guest experience.



• Help with Severity 3-4 property management issues, including replacing batteries, restocking essentials, light changes, or any light property maintenance tasks



• Coordinate or Restock essential supplies for hosts with a few basic guest necessities like towels, toilet paper, and soap.



• Coordinate with Cohost for all cleaning services, including turnovers per stay, deep cleans, and maintenance walk -through



• Respond to Guest Inquiries for each hosted property



• Provide MLS .xls file to Cohost developers on a nightly basis








Who you are and what you’ve accomplished:



• Licensed in Real Estate



• Extensive knowledge of your local region



• Outstanding communication skills



• Fluency in written and verbal English is a requirement



• Self-sufficient and willing to work on a per assessment and/or Guest check-in basis, based on bookings and necessity


Requirements

·         Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson

·         Proven track of successful sales record

·         Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills

·         Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills

·         Pleasant and trustworthy

·         MS Office 365 familiarity

·         Real estate agent’s or broker’s license
