Basic Job Functions:

The role of the Burner Bander includes, but is not limited to the following:

Ensure safe work environment for their self and their coworkers

Perform daily crane inspections

Take appropriate tests off of coils as required

Assist in mill maintenance

Accurately fill out paperwork legibly and complete

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months of Hot Rolling experience
