1. Enters Customers Orders into Client Order Entry applications

2. Handles Customers Calls and administer calls to resolution

3. Customer inquiries via e-mails, etc.

4. Adherence to Process and Business metrics

Additional Requirement

1. PC Proficient – Operation of computer systems e.g. Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, etc.)

2. Advanced written and verbal communication skills

3. Systems Aptitude/ Critical Thinking
