Fairfield Inn & Suites is seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant who takes pride in presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality. Our breakfast service is one of the most visible parts of the guest stay. The person in this role sets the tone for the day.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys early mornings, staying organized, and interacting with guests.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and prepare the hotel's complimentary breakfast according to Marriott brand standards
Cook and replenish hot items such as eggs, sausage, and waffles
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked breakfast area throughout service
Monitor food levels and replenish items before they run out
Keep counters, tables, beverage stations, and guest seating clean
Wash dishes and maintain sanitation of all service equipment
Properly store food and rotate product following food safety standards
Break down and clean the breakfast area after service
Communicate inventory needs to management

Dependable and able to work early morning shifts

Ability to work independently and stay organized
