Hotel Food & Beverage Supervisor

Courtyard by Marriott Bettendorf is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support all areas of the food & beverage operation, including our bistro breakfast service, dinner service, and banquet events.

The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Previous food & beverage experience is preferred, with supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with daily operations, supporting both front-of-the house and back-of-the house teams


• Ensuring excellent guest service


• Maintaining quality standards


• Helping coordinate banquet funtions

What We're Looking For:

• Strong customer service and leadership skills


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment


• Reliable and organized with attention to detail


• Previous food service, banquet, or hospitality experience preferred


• Flexible schedule, including weekends
