As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and assisting with inquiries to ensure a seamless and memorable stay. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to resolve guest concerns with care and efficiency, with previous hotel or customer service experience preferred.
