  Acknowledge and engage Marriott Bonvoy members, enroll new members, and promote program benefits.

  Communicate effectively with guests, showcasing in-depth knowledge of hotel amenities, features, and local area attractions.

  Uphold hotel policies and procedures while carrying out nightly duties.
