HOTEL ROOM ATTENDANT / HOUSEKEEPER
Hampton Inn Jackson Hole – Jackson, WY

The Hampton Inn Jackson Hole is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Room Attendants / Housekeepers to join our team.

Our housekeeping team plays an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, are reliable, and can work efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Make beds and replace linens as needed
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and guest room surfaces
• Vacuum carpets and clean hard-surface flooring
• Remove trash and used linens
• Restock towels, toiletries, coffee supplies, and other guest amenities
• Inspect rooms and report maintenance concerns or damaged items
• Maintain housekeeping carts and supplies in a clean and organized manner
• Follow hotel procedures for guest privacy, safety, sanitation, and lost-and-found items
• Respond courteously and professionally when interacting with guests
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed based on hotel occupancy

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This is a physically active position. Applicants must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, kneel, reach, push and pull a housekeeping cart, and lift approximately 25–30 pounds as needed.
