• Assist the General Manager in daily operations
• Ensure high-quality customer service is provided
• Oversee food preparation and ensure food safety standards are met

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the food & beverage industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work weekends and 10-hour shifts
