JOB TITLE:  

Chemical Stockroom Assistant 

JOB PURPOSE:   

Assist with providing service to campus for certain lab supplies, including creation of sales orders, invoices, tracking, deliveries to campus, and other duties as assigned.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Assist with lab supply order fulfillment.

Maintain necessary service to campus in absence of stockroom manager.

Track chemicals being ordered

Help with deliveries of chemicals/certain lab supplies    

SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS: 

Assist with maintaining clean warehouse and other duties as assigned.

COMPETENCIES: 

Chemistry knowledge, understanding of basic lab processes, experience with excel.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

Chemistry knowledge

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:   

Lab experience

WORK LOCATION: 

On-campus: This position provides vital support to campus customers, and the successful candidate must be available to work and perform essential job functions on campus, understanding our location is at 7,220 feet above sea level.
