Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on performance & reliability)

Schedule: Part-time to Full-time | Primarily weekdays

Location: San Diego County (travel between jobs required)

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Residential and move-out cleaning

  
  


• 
  

  Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers

  
  


• 
  

  Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and detailed tasks

  
  


• 
  

  Following SD Sparkle cleaning standards and checklists

  
  


• 
  

  Working independently or as part of a small team

  
  

Skills Required:

• 
  

  Reliable and punctual (this is extremely important to us)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail

  
  


• 
  

  Physically able to clean for several hours

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes

  
  


• 
  

  Able to follow instructions and checklists

  
  


• 
  

  Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  
  


• 
  

  Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right people

  
  

Requirements:

  Valid driver’s license

  Reliable transportation
