Hope Family Partners is seeking compassionate, organized, and motivated leaders to join our team as House Managers. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who are passionate about improving the lives of adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Autism while leading a team of dedicated Direct Support Professionals.

As a House Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of one or more residential homes, ensuring individuals receive exceptional, person-centered support in a safe, respectful, and enriching environment. What You'll Do

As a House Manager, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and supervise Direct Support Professionals to provide high-quality care. 
  • Foster an environment where individuals are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion while promoting independence and community inclusion. 
  • Develop and monitor Individual Program Plans (IPPs) in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. 
  • Schedule staff, approve timecards and time-off requests through Paylocity, and ensure appropriate staffing coverage. 
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and accountability for direct support staff. 
  • Coordinate medical appointments and advocate for the individuals we support. 
  • Maintain accurate documentation, incident reports, client files, and daily records. 
  • Ensure compliance with Hope Family Partners policies, HCBS regulations, and all applicable state and federal requirements. 
  • Monitor and oversee key residential operations, including: 
    • Medication Administration Records (MARs) 
    • Menus and nutrition planning 
    • Client activity calendars 
    • Household schedules 
    • Mileage reimbursements 
    • Program documentation 
  • Maintain strong communication with Residential Coordinators, families, guardians, case managers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. 
  • Provide direct support to individuals when staffing needs require. 
  • Participate in after-hours on-call responsibilities as needed.

Starting salary range: $45,300 - $55,000


Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working in Human Services or a related field. 
  • Previous experience supervising or managing employees. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. 
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment. 
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. 
  • Ability to successfully complete all required background checks. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and/or Autism. 
  • Certified Direct Support Professional (DSP) or previous DSP experience. 
  • Experience with HCBS regulations and residential services. 

Schedule

  • Primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM 
  • Participation in an after-hours on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
