Job Description:

Grand Villa of Deland is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Housekeeper to join our team in providing exceptional service to our senior community. The ideal candidate will have a caring heart for seniors and a commitment to creating a sense of belonging for our residents. While experience in housekeeping is preferred, we are willing to train the right individual who shares our values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident apartments and common areas.

- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents.

- Foster positive relationships with residents through friendly and respectful interactions.

- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate attitude towards seniors.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work weekends and adjust to varying schedules as needed.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.
