We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our multifamily property. This position is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and staff alike.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of vacant units/apartments, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
• Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Cleaning of onsite facilities such as laundry rooms, mail rooms, offices, gyms, and lobbies/offices
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management.
• Will responsible for cleaning units and participating in the "make ready" process of apartments

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning roles such as housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel operations or hospitality environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established cleaning protocols.
• Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks throughout shifts.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
