Housekeeper

What You'll Do
- Unit Turnovers: Prepare units for new residents by completing cleaning tasks during turnovers.
- Daily Housekeeping Tasks: Keep our properties in tip-top shape by performing daily housekeeping tasks including mopping, vacuuming, dusting/polishing furniture, and general cleaning of restrooms, hallways, lobbies, stairways, and other work areas.
- Inventory Management: Track cleaning supply inventory and ensure storage areas stay organized.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are properly maintained and stored in a safe and sanitary condition.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to building, safety, and health codes to maintain compliance.
- Service Excellence: Foster positive relations and communication with tenants, customers, visitors, and staff members.
- Collaborative Task Completion: Use teamwork skills to complete tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate records of time spent and tasks completed.
- Team Player: Supports our continued growth by performing other related duties as assigned and contributes to the overall mission of the company as needed.
You Have
- Relevant Experience: 1+ years’ experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
- Time Management: Prioritization and time management skills.
- Equipment Proficiency: Experience operating cleaning equipment.
- Reliable Transportation: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to drive between properties.
You Should Be Able To
- Lift & Carry: Frequently lift, move, or carry items weighing 50+ pounds.
- Maneuver Properties: Move about properties often including ascending/descending of stairs and ladders.
- Be Flexible & Mobile: Bend, squat, kneel, twist, and walk for periods of time while inspecting/addressing properties or equipment.
- Operate Devices: Frequently operate electronic devices to record time and work order status.
- Exchange Information: Effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and colleagues to exchange accurate information.
