Housekeeper/Utility Aide ( Sign-on Bonus up to $1,000)

he hours for this position is below:

-Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, 80 hours per pay (biweekly).

This position also requires working weekends and holidays on a rotational basis.

Essential Function:

• Provides and insures a continued safe, sanitary, homelike environment that promotes quality of life, security and wellness by maintaining sanitary conditions according to department standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Must be able to follow and give written and oral instructions, and otherwise communicate and receive communications orally and in writing.


• Good attention to detail.


• Pleasant personality and capable of dealing with other people in a cooperative manner.


• Must have current and valid driver’s license.


• Capable of learning and carrying out the required methods of cleaning and equipment operation.


• Ability to work well without close supervision.


• Housekeeping experience is preferred as well as experience in operating heavy equipment.
