Job Description - Housekeeping And Public Area Clerk - Full Time (Tropicana Atlantic City)

Description

Request assignment from the computer, distributes assignments to housekeeping staff.
Provides Family Style Service at all times
May perform other duties as assigned
$18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities

Coordinates floor assignments and distributes to housekeepers.
Handles special projects as required.
Distributes and collects housekeeper’s floor keys and logs this information into a key control book.
Requests reports from the computer for blocked rooms, status changes, etc.
Responsible for incoming Facilities calls and dispatching appropriate personnel.
Assigns guest requests from other departments and monitors all incoming calls.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
Previous experience in housekeeping operations preferred.
Computer experience required.
Required to perform the customer service standards of the department
Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act respective to attendant regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.
