Housekeeping for Pediatric Dental Office

Our pediatric dental office is looking for a dependable, organized person to help with the everyday tasks that keep our busy office running smoothly. If you enjoy staying busy, keeping things organized, and helping others, we’d love to meet you. No dental experience is needed!

What You’ll Do:

• Wash, dry, fold, and put away office laundry.
• Keep patient toys and sticker bins stocked.
• Restock drawers with floss, toothbrushes, and toothpaste.
• Assemble toothbrush bags for patients.
• Organize toothbrushes by color.
• Restock rooms with cups, paper towels, and gloves.
• Load and unload the dishwasher.
• Keep all printers stocked with paper.
• Prepare gauze pouches following office instructions.
• Follow a daily checklist and let the team know if any tasks need additional attention.

What We’re Looking For:

• A dependable person with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Someone who can follow a checklist and work independently once trained.
• A willingness to pitch in and support our team.
• Comfort with moving throughout the office and handling supplies.
