House Person – Tropicana Laughlin

**Must be 18 years or older to work in this position

Tropicana Laughlin is seeking a hardworking, detail‑oriented, and service‑driven House Person to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our hotel and public areas. This role is essential to creating a welcoming environment for our guests and a safe workspace for our team members. As part of the Caesars Entertainment family, you’ll deliver our Family Style Service while ensuring our property remains clean, organized, and guest‑ready at all times.

What You’ll Do

• Clean, sweep, vacuum, mop, and restock assigned hotel areas
• Dust high and low surfaces and wipe down various fixtures
• Maintain all types of flooring, including scrubbing, stripping, waxing, buffing, and extracting
• Spot clean walls and wall coverings
• Wash and polish cigarette urns daily
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and solutions for each task
• Clean vending machine areas, linen closets, and common spaces
• Clean all fire escapes daily
• Collect and properly dispose of linen and trash from attendant carts
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by Housekeeping leadership
• Maintain consistent attendance and availability for scheduled shifts
• Exhibit Caesars Entertainment’s Family Style Service at all times

What We’re Looking For

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to complete each essential duty with quality and consistency. You should be familiar with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Education & Experience

• No prior experience required — we provide training

Language Skills

• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to read and write simple lists, memos, and basic correspondence
