Job Description - Housekeeping - Houser

Do you
have an eye for detail and cleanliness and enjoy being
around people? If so the Y is looking for you to join our
Environmental Department in Onalaska!  

Specific Details : Full-time, Monday-Friday – 1:30pm to 10:00pm

Responsibilities:
  • Perform
    housekeeping duties as assigned to ensure the cleanliness of different areas in the facility
  • Collect,
    wash and dry towels used by members for cleaning
    exercise equipment
  • Set
    up and take down program events as needed




Requirements

  • Ability to read
    and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals,
    etc.
  • Knowledge of
    cleaning methods and equipment
  • Ability to work on
    your feet for multiple hours at a time
  • Ability to move
    tables, chairs, etc., and lift up to 50
    lbs.
