Home2 Suites by Hilton Pasco Tri-Cities Airport is looking for an experienced, dependable, and hands-on Housekeeping Lead to join our team.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming environment for our guests and understands that leadership in housekeeping means being willing to work alongside the team. This position will assist with the daily operation of the housekeeping department while stepping into whatever role is needed to help the team succeed.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Assist with creating daily housekeeping boards and assigning rooms to Room Attendants

  
  


• 
  

  Inspect guest rooms to ensure they meet Hilton and hotel cleanliness standards

  
  


• 
  

  Work alongside Room Attendants and assist with cleaning guest rooms when needed

  
  


• 
  

  Perform Houseperson duties, including maintaining public areas, removing trash, delivering supplies, and supporting Room Attendants

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in the laundry department, including washing, drying, folding, and maintaining linen levels

  
  


• 
  

  Help coordinate the daily workflow of the housekeeping team based on occupancy, departures, stayovers, and operational needs

  
  


• 
  

  Provide direction, support, and coaching to housekeeping team members throughout the shift

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with training new team members and reinforcing proper cleaning procedures and standards

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate room status, maintenance concerns, and operational needs with the Front Desk and Maintenance teams

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, and inventory

  
  


• 
  

  Respond professionally to guest requests or housekeeping concerns

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain organization and cleanliness in housekeeping storage areas, laundry areas, and back-of-house spaces

  
  


• 
  

  Support hotel leadership with additional departmental needs

  
  


• 
  

  Lead by example and help create a positive, productive, and team-focused work environment

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous hotel housekeeping experience required; leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to inspect rooms and identify areas that do not meet hotel standards

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable providing direction while also working side-by-side with the team

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational and time-management skills

  
  


• 
  

  Dependable, professional, and able to communicate effectively

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced hotel environment

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness and ability to clean guest rooms, perform Houseperson duties, and assist with laundry as operational needs require

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with hotel housekeeping systems or room-assignment software is a plus

A Hands-On Leadership Role

This is not a position where the Lead simply assigns work and observes the team. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is willing to make boards, inspect rooms, clean rooms, run linen, assist with laundry, complete Houseperson responsibilities, and step in wherever the department needs support.
