What You'll Do

• Lead the housekeeping and laundry teams


• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment


• Train, support, and coach housekeeping staff


• Manage schedules, supplies, and daily department operations


• Ensure safety, infection control, and cleanliness standards are met


• Support a positive experience for residents, families, and staff

What You'll Need

• Housekeeping or environmental services experience


• Leadership or supervisory experience


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• Ability to work well with residents, families, and team members


• Knowledge of cleaning, safety, and infection control practices


• Ability to pass required employment screenings
