Housekeeping Operations Manager/Recruiter

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Housekeeping Operations Manager/Recruiter to join our dynamic hospitality team. This pivotal role combines the responsibilities of managing daily housekeeping operations with recruiting top talent to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across our properties. 

Responsibilities

• Manage daily housekeeping operations ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are consistently met across all guest rooms and public areas.


• Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified housekeeping staff to build a dedicated and efficient team.


• Develop and implement training programs for housekeeping staff to enhance performance and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.


• Coordinate scheduling and workflow to optimize labor efficiency and meet fluctuating business demands.


• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to foster professional growth and high team morale.


• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring timely ordering and cost control.


• Collaborate with other departments such as front desk and maintenance to resolve guest issues promptly and improve service delivery.
