We are hiring a Room Inspector (Senior Housekeeper)!
As a Room Inspector (Senior Housekeeper), you ensure every guest room meets our high standards by leading quality inspections, supporting the team, and delivering a clean, comfortable stay experience.
Responsibilities:
Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards are consistently met.
Supervise and support Room Attendants, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to procedures.
Assign daily room assignments, distribute keys, and lead pre-shift meetings to set expectations.
Identify and report maintenance concerns; verify completion to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns to enhance satisfaction.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of linen rooms, storage areas, and housekeeping carts.
Train and coach team members on cleaning standards, safety practices, and performance expectations.
Monitor room status, maintain key control, and ensure accurate reporting of cleaned rooms.
Assist with cleaning duties as needed to support operations and meet daily goals.
Promote a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and guest service.
Qualifications:

Monitor room status and ensure accurate reporting of cleaned rooms.
Assist with cleaning duties as needed to support operations and meet daily goals.
Promote a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and guest service.
