Job Summary

Are you an energetic and honest individual looking for a housekeeping supervisor position? Do you thrive in a fun and loving environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated housekeeping supervisor to join our team.

Daily Duties

• Inspecting rooms
• Scheduling & room assignments
• Training new hires and ongoing coaching
• Ongoing communication with front office and maintenance departments
• Ensuring high quality cleanliness standards
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
• Performing various housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping floors, and cleaning windows as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Strong communication and leadership skills
