StudioRes Prattville is seeking a reliable and service-focused Houseperson to join our housekeeping team.

As a Houseperson, you will respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the hotel. This role is essential in supporting the housekeeping operation by maintaining public areas, assisting room attendants, and helping to deliver an exceptional guest experience. 

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and departmental needs.


• Clean and maintain public areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, restrooms, and other common spaces.


• Assist Room Attendants by delivering linens, towels, amenities, and other housekeeping supplies.


• Remove trash, recyclables, and dirty linens from guest floors and designated areas.


• Stock housekeeping closets and storage areas to ensure adequate supplies are available.


• Identify and report preventative maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and repair needs in guest rooms and public spaces.


• Perform deep-cleaning projects and special assignments as directed by management.


• Maintain hotel grounds and entrances in a neat and presentable condition.


• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed to support hotel operations.


• Follow all hotel safety, security, and cleanliness standards.


• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
