What you'll do
Hit the ground running managing our full recruiting administration — posting and monitoring requisitions in the ATS, generating offer letters, and owning pre-employment documentation with precision. You'll leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate drafting, tracking, and reporting across these workflows, cutting cycle times without sacrificing accuracy. You'll be the architect of an onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success: guiding employees through the SOSi SPARK program, leading orientation sessions and making sure every piece of compliance documentation — including I-9 and E-Verify — is buttoned up.
Beyond onboarding, you'll keep the engine running across a wide range of HR operations — and you'll look for every opportunity to make those operations faster and more consistent through intelligent automation:
You'll also play a visible, high-impact role in our people culture — bringing employee recognition programs to life, including the SOSi High Five Awards, coordinating the global engagement initiatives defined in SOSi IGNITE, and being the kind of HR professional employees genuinely trust working with.
