Overview HR team with an intense focus on HR-related activities that help our organization achieve its business goals. The HR Business Partner will work closely with hiring managers to ensure compliance with internal hiring protocols and government regulations, and will also be responsible for coaching managers on how to more effectively manage their teams, including effective performance management. This position requires a high level of both organization and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of success in both internal stakeholder management and business partnering. Responsibilities Core Responsibilities/Essential Functions Partner with business to continuously improve recruitment, quality of hire, company and benefits onboarding, and engagement processes. Support line management to recruit and fill vacancies. Ensure new hires have a great candidate and employee experience. Organize hiring events and job fairs for site. Develop community relationships in the area to support the community and to identify effective sourcing pipelines. Utilize HR data to create an informed workforce plan. Provide coaching to leaders and employees; train employees and managers working with our training department; develop programs to enhance leader development and effectiveness. Coach and equip leaders managers to address potential employee issues proactively to ensure that employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, and investigated; Promptly handle such investigations to identify corrective solutions that will mitigate reoccurrence, making disciplinary recommendations to management. Ensure policies, practices, processes, and guidelines are ethical and compliant with laws and regulations. Continually educate clients on HR offerings. Partner with the business to enable the completion of engagement action . Support management with Labor Relations as needed. Qualifications Required Qualifications Solid recruitment and sourcing experience; A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3-5 years related experience as an HR Generalist. Labor negotiations preferred; General understanding of benefit plans and leave of absence (e.g. FMLA) management required); Strong judgement and collaborative team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment; Strong data analysis and process improvement skills required; Able to manage fast-paced, high volume environment; Sound knowledge of employment and labor laws required; Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Suite and HRIS tools; PHR/SPHR certification a plus.
